This reserve is considered skillful, from the moment in which you make the advance payment of the total of the same through our Bank POS system and this confirms the payment,
thus considering in principle the definitive reserve, and sending the system a confirmation to the email indicated by the client in the registration.

ADVANCE.- Our establishment reserves the right to modify the advance payment percentage applied to the total to be paid for each of our clients' reservations., having in
account that will always indicate the percentage applied and that will be a minimum of one 10% and a maximum of one 40%.
CANCELLATIONS.- The compensation regime for reservation cancellations will be established by current tourism legislation (Article 50, Decree 191/2004 the 29 of July of establishments
of Rural Tourism). At all times, the client may withdraw from the requested services, having the right to a refund of the amounts paid., although it must compensate the owner of the establishment in the following amounts:
– The 40 percent of the advance payment when the cancellation is made more than seven days and less than one month before the date set to occupy the accommodation.
– The 100 percent of the advance payment when the cancellation is made seven or less days before the date set to occupy the accommodation.
